Global Legalisation Services Limited (“GLS”) services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of its client whether it be one document or several and in the most cost effective and efficient way possible.

Typically, these will fall into one of the following categories depending on urgency:-

Verification/FCO/Visa Service

If we are provided with original documents, we are able to provide for either these or more often copies of these to be:-

Notarised or verified
Authenticated by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
Granting of Visa’s for either holiday or work permits

Monday Service

Documents received by 9.30am and which have been pre-advised and meet the criteria are eligible to use this service. Typical processing time is 5 to 10 working days depending on the Embassy/Consulate in question.

Standard Service

Documents received will be processed using the most cost effective method in consultation with yourself. Typical processing time is similar to our Monday Service but is available any day of the week.

Express Service

Documents received are processed using fast track methods which are typically more expensive but do reduce the amount of time for processing. Some documents can be processed the same day but typically take around 3 working days.

Whichever service is agreed, GLS will ensure that all documents are delivered and collected in person by a company representative. Clients are therefore afforded the security that whether you need personal or corporate documents authenticated, they are always lodged with a receipt obtained and again collected in person.

We are also able to send scanned copies of the documents processed upon request prior to dispatch.
